I needed a really fast lunch today and stopped in the newly remodeled Munroe Falls restaurant. I was expecting something impressive after reading about it in both the Stow Sentry and the Beacon Journal, but it was really underwhelming. The picture here is from the Beacon's website. It's supposed to look like a modern bistro, but I call a major fail on that.
The bulk of the over $100,000 the owner spent must have gone in the kitchen because the food was excellent. I have never seen such perfect, light, almost fluffy fries ever at a McDonalds anywhere in North America. The quarter pounder was very good as well.
