  • Always a wait. Parking is bad. Crowded. Worth it. Don't be timid and get your name on the waiting list clipboard. Wait outside because there is no room inside. Everyone has his/her favorite ramen. I like miso. It's buttery and rich. I add seaweed (nori), extra pork, egg (nitamago) and green onion. Have a Sapporo. Ramen is a messy food. You will need your napkin. Your nose will run. I eat close to the bowl to hide my gluttonous joy. I know that people feel uncomfortable eating it because they think people are looking at them dropping the egg and the noodles clumsily from his/her chopsticks. No one is looking. We are all eating.
