  • After suffering water damage from a leak, we had Mike's Drywall Service come out to do the repair work after the demo crew left. Five rooms had the drywall removed from the floor up to about three feet. Mike's crew did a great job of replacing the missing drywall; you can't even see any seams in the wall! We also had Mike's crew remove some arches between rooms that we no longer wanted. Mike worked out the details with our engineer to get the job done right. The arches were removed providing a more open look and feel. Mike's crew added a walk-in pantry to what used to be an open area. Some plumbing, electrical and HVAC work had to be done by people Mike suggested and worked with in the past. Mike's crew painted the entire interior and did an awesome job. I usually do my own painting, and am pretty good at it, but his crew did far better than I could have done. Everything turned out great! All of the work was done while I was 1,900 miles away. So Mike and I had a lot of communications back and forth to get things done. It took about 6-8 weeks to get everything done. The job cost about $30,000.
