I was taken here for dinner on the Sunday prior to Valentine's day and it was fantastic. We ordered:
-oysters
-fettucine
-surf & turf
-mashed yams
-green beans
-cheesecake lollipops
-bread pudding
The food was delicious, I think my favorite was the cheesecake lollipops. They are small bite-sized balls of cheesecake and you can choose what type of dippings you want with it. We chose cookies and cream. So delish. Service was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the decor/ambience is a bit dated. The carpet is older. And of course you have to walk through the Stratosphere to get there, which itself is quite dated. Luckily there were no funky smells, and the view really was quite nice. Considering the cost (in the ball park of $300 without alcohol) and occasion, he and I were both dressed up. Most other patrons were too, although I did see one guy wearing a Lands End sweatshirt and jeans. I'm not sure how enforced the dress code is here. Overall though, an excellent meal. I think it would be in the restaurant's best interest to update the flooring and decor.
