  • I'm a new MB owner and was having an electronic issue. MB Motors was recommended by a trusted friend...and I'm so glad I called. I contacted Jamie and told her the issue I was having. She advised me over the phone and I brought the car right over. I was on a serious time crunch and they took care of me immediately. They even did a diagnostic check and found another substantial problem (warranty work, thank goodness) that I am scheduling to be repaired. Jamie and Corey (mechanic) were so helpful and I felt like I knew them before I even walked in the door. Very good people. I was concerned that the repairs would be completed while I was on vacation so Jaime even offered to be available on the weekend to get me the keys and the car. Try finding after hours help like that at the dealer....forget it. MB Motors, you now have a customer for life and I'll be referring my other MB owners/friends. A big Thank You!
