  • Came here on a recommendation from my coworker. I've been to like 4 different nail places trying to find a good one. I called at 10am to make an appointment for the same day at noon. No problem. Get there about five minutes before and was greeted immediately. Signed in and picked my color and was started on as soon as I picked it out. Nick worked on me. Super adorable. He was sweet and we had pleasant conversation. The last few nail techs I had at other places don't usually make a lot of conversation or any at all. I got gel nails. Didn't get a manicure bc the place I went to last actually did a good job and my cuticles were still good. (The only good thing my last nail place did.) Nick made sure to warn me first that my nails might burn for a few seconds when I put them under the lamp. Shape and paint job are great. He had to to start a pedicure for another customer when I was almost done so he had his brother, Jay, finish me up. Jay was pleasant as well. Made light conversation and actually introduced himself which the last place I went to, I have no idea what her name was bc she barely said three words to me. My first impression of Modern Nails is great but I didn't get a manicure so we'll see. I will definitely be back.
