I booked my shipment of large items with ShipCanada and all seemed to go smooth until I got the Waybill. I followed their instructions, and once the day came for the third party to pick up my shipment, they never showed. I waited well after the window they gave me closed, and tried to call ShipCanada. The extension from the Customer Service Rep, the General Line and every other number I called all went to voicemail. The Rep never answered back my emails either.
I finally contacted the third party who was physically shipping my items. They could not find any record of my shipment anywhere. All I had was a the tracking number which was of no use to anyone since no one picked it up. The third party set up a pickup for the following day.
I guess we will see what happens. Super disappointed.
