  • SERVICE: Pool Closing and Opening I dislike writing these kind of review, but when enough is enough! We decided last year to use Trevi to close our pool. The service was so so. I can not remember the details, but when they called to open it this year, my mother had hesitations and gave them her feedbacks from last year's but yet decided to give them a second chance. Well, it it was the last! These are no professional pool people. They are simple guys that thy hire for their strength that know nothing about pools. Let me explain: 1-When they came to take of the net and delivered the salt, they left the net all rolled-up on the grass and it was up to us to wash it, let it dry and fold it. Do you know how heavy a net is? Then they left the 10 bags of salts on our ground for us to put away. Oh ya, that is true, they do not offer to deliver the bags of salts, yet they are a pool opening service???!!! 2-A second group came to put salt in the water. So the guys had no clue how much salt the pool needed. Now even if they are not knowledgeable, Trevi could have some kind of customer profile (cause they are the one who sold us the salt system last year and had someone come and put it for us). My mother had to try to find last year's receipt and call Trevi who could not even helped her. But the worst is what follows: The morning after, I go outside to work on the land and I find 2 empty salt bags on the ground, one in the pool and a bottle of some product opened, without the lid nearby to close it. That is when I knew they were hiring the guy just around the corner: on that second time, when I opened the door to one of the guy and walked him in the backyard, the other guy who probably did not see me first went "Yes, no net to take off!". I understood then they were just labour boys with "just a job" knowing nothing about pools. --- Version française suivra...
