Came here with a friend for my first time and have been back since. The owner is a really nice guy and his staff is equally as kind. Depending on who is behind the bar determines how quickly you'll be taken care of. The owner is on his game but some of the others aren't.
I've had a couple of the craft beers they serve and they have been awesome. The food is hit or miss though. On my first visit I ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium. The burger was cooked well but I couldn't help but noticed how much the patty tasted like sausage. Because I'm not a fan of sausage, I was "meh" about the burger but finished it regardless. On the flip side, their fries are AMAZING. Super thin shoestring fries are where it's at!
On my next visit I had the pork belly sandwich. The pork belly was so dry it resemled jerky and whatever slaw they put on the top of the sandwhich was so spicy it made the rest of the sandwhich impaletable. Fortunately I got a side of those delicious fries so not all was lost. I ate three bites of the sandwich and needed to eat the rest of the fries so that my mouth would stop burning.
I'll come here to drink in the future as the staff is nice and they have a nice selection of beer but I think I'll skip eating dinner.
