  • Well I bought my vouchers through DealGetters and I have to say I was not impressed when I walked through the door. The first thing I thought was this doesn't look like the place I would like to get laser hair removal from but I decided to let it go. Next, I was dealing with Isabelle's husband who was asking me where I wanted treated and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't use the 3 vouchers I bought on the one area which, by the way, is not on the fine print of the ticket. Despite the fact that I wanted to get other areas lasered, and the fact that it wasn't actually on the fine print he wouldn't budge and proceeded to tell me that DealGetters were the one that made the mistake. I let that go too. I was then directed to the room where the actual laser would take place but stopped and asked to pay the taxes (which was in the fine print) before my treatment. By this point I had had enough. I have never been asked to pay for a service, even if it was just the taxes, before I actually received it. All and all I was not impressed with their customer service.
