  • I received disgusting service here on Saturday. I went in to the store to enquire about getting a prepaid SIM card for my iPhone. Firstly the "gentleman" greeting at the door wasn't really interested in my request, he asked me to wait to be seen. I waited and along came another guy. When I told him my needs, he was reluctant to help. That's when I realized that they wouldn't get any commission for what I wanted so again I was told to wait to be served! I was then served by the store manager who I must say was polite and helpful HOWEVER I was mis sold a product that can't actually be used in my phone and then I was told I would NOT be able to get a refund for the sim card I bought under pressure!!! That cost me $50! I have tried calling the store many times but no one seems to answer the phone!!!
