  • Stopped in to see if anyone was available for a last minute massage. Shannon was just finishing a massage and I was told to wait while the front desk spoke with the therapist to let her know that I was waiting. Unfortunately, I waited 20 minutes for an answer and I was unable to get a massage even though a therapist was scheduled to work at that time and was available! The therapist just doesn't like money or reoccurring clients! She had errands to run instead of making money. So...... don't waste your time at this massage envy. Your money isn't green enough for the snooty patooty therapist.... she has better things to do! On a positive note, I ran into the manager on my way to my car and she was extremely approachable and willing to rectify the situation. I was out of patience and time though.
