  • I went to urgent care and waited and waited, the doctor came in and didn't ask why I was there. In 10 seconds she said you need to go to the emergency room do I did. Days later(today) I called to set up an appointment to complete my visit with doctor about the reason I went there in the first place which was never handled. Both the receptionist and then the doctor said I had to pay again, I tried to explain that you told me to leave and I was never seen for reason I went there, you told me to leave. The doctor had money on her mind and nothing else, you got your 10 seconds. Bad customer satisfaction, experience.. Just about money, they should just put an ATM in there and deposit slips to her account. Oh by the way I pay 30 a month for this service in addition to any visits. Thanks for nothing!
