Haircuts are fine but the front desk's questionable accounting practices and apathy in helping means bye bye for me.
(Refused to give me my 20% discount for booking early, said the transaction was already through and I was basically SOL. Then told me if I would like tip $20 since that's what I tipped last time.... Which wasn't true I took out $20 in cash last time to tip in person)
She's helpful when it comes to upselling though! yay~
Though reading reviews of Toni and Guy elsewhere shows maybe they train to milk their customers. Disappointing I couldn't solve this in-store or even through the corporate customer service line. (which didn't work)
