  • Can I give a ten star rating? Because that is what Lily Ramos and the JoAnn Cuevas State Farm team deserve. After receiving the run around from multiple insurance agencies I am beyond happy that I finally found an honest insurance agent and company. I highly recommend Lily Ramos as an agent. Lily was very straightforward, explained everything thoroughly, and never once seemed irritated while I asked a thousand questions and called multiple times. Lily was able to find me a bundle deal for half of what I was paying my old company for just auto. Not only was Lily able to save me money, but she also showed me excellent customer service and I cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond. Thank you JoAnn Cuevas State Farm team!
