Great bistro at the Venetian (tucked away near the Venezia Tower). I went for an early dinner during CES and feel much better about a meal here (good value but higher end) than overpriced convention food closer to the exhibits. The restaurant is very appealingly decorated, quiet, and luxurious; it manages to stand out even at the Venetian.
I went for the standard bistro fare (french onion soup; steak frites). It was well executed, although I'd expect that of a Thomas Keller restaurant anywhere, especially Las Vegas. Staff were all friendly and I sat at a high-top near the bar, so there was no wait. I'd definitely come back for another meal in the future.
