  • I would really like to rate them better, but their return policy is not very good. It's not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt, but if you buy something and then need to return it, they will charge you a return fee. I purchased a Stihl electric trimmer for $119, but I ended up not liking it because I was having to tap it on the ground about every two feet to advance the line. They ended up keeping $20 of the purchase price, or essentially a 16% restocking fee because they could no longer sell as new. I would really like to support the local businesses instead of the big box stores. But be aware that you have to be VERY CERTAIN that whatever you buy is what you want; otherwise, if you try to take it back for any other reason than if it's broken, you won't get your entire purchase price back.
