Truly upscale unconventional Mexican food. The decor is warm and inviting a small yet well stocked bar with a plethora of tequilas. The bartender was very knowledgeable, I was dinning with family and my Aunt likes rare tequila they were happy to chat and make suggestions. Decor is dark and warm, Frida Kahlo portraits throughout. The staff was fantastic some at the table were unsure about some unfamiliar sauces so our server brought out a sample for us to try. We started with Queso Fundido which was a fantastic flavor rich and savory. We all just ordered a bunch of dishes and we all shared, Cameron shrimp baked with garlic and oil (not my favorite) it was okay the shrimp was a bit dry ironically enough, Filet chipotle was fantastic topped with chihuahua cheese and aioli sauce, cooked a little too medium for my taste but still very good! Crepes de Cameron, shrimp crepes with garlic topped with a chardonnay cream sauce AMAZING! You owe it to yourself to try it and forget what we think of as Mexican food in AZ!
