Jennifer V. Post is totally incorrect in timeline and explanation. We reported the broke window back in November of 2017. All along Frameless Glass told us that they were responsible to get the replacement window under warranty from the manufacturer and have it installed.
Jennifer V. scheduled the install on Thursday 11th of January . After five hours of waiting and calling Jennifer V. multiple times, no one showed up. Jennifer V. called me on Friday 12th apologizing and scheduled the install for 1:00 PM on Monday 15th . No one shows up again and after calling Frameless Glass several times, finally Jennifer V. tells us that since it is past the one year "workmanship" warranty they are no longer responsible for the install. The last window of the windows were installed on January 18 of 2017. I still have the pay receipt to prove it.
Now January 15 of 2018 and according to Jennifer V. " it has passed the one year" excuse. Buyer beware....Frames Glass dones not stand behind their work and the warranty ends when they don't feel like doing the work.
