  • We've been taking our puppy there for the past 3 months since we got her. I had mixed experience with staff initially but once I brought my concerns to the manager's attention, I felt that my concerns were acknowledged and addressed. The nail trims are pricey. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. They now have Saturday hours, which I appreciate. We've seen two of the vets so far. The first took her time to tell me what to expect from my new puppy. The second listened well & I could tell she made a methodical decision about how to approach my puppy's stomach troubles. They send you an email detailing the visit. It is not cheap, but few good things rarely are...
