  • When my mother in law passed away I contacted Joe about a problem we were having with how we were going to deal with her home. Without being under contract with Joe he offered to contact the other beneficiaries to explain the situation and calm their qualms. How many agents would do that for you? Although we haven't put the property up for sale yet, we will definitely be using Joe when we do!
