  • I saw Shane ( the owner) 2 weeks ago regarding a tat I already have.... He quoted me a price & I was happy w/ the price . The reason I went to him is bc my artist died & Titan put a post on Fb. So he started the work & then we scheduled for yesterday. He came in & said" I have some news for you.... I shot myself in the foot & misquoted you"..... I said what? He said ur gonna have to pAy me about $900-$1200 more!!!! I freaked & started crying. He said why r u crying? I said," if you would have been honest I would have never had u do it"!!! The other problem is I told him I wanted my octopus purple & green ...... He colored it black!!!! Lots of black..... Claims its for " shading, depth,& dimension "!!!! I am soooooo pissed!!! I have a call into my attorney. Idk what to do.... Any ideas? So NO STARS!!!!
