  • I was a patient of Dr. Yilmaz until today. Apparently, he only conducts appointments via Skype and no longer has an office. I learned this when calling to make an appointment and listened to an almost completely unintelligible voicemail that instructed me to email now for appointments, which I did. Last week. I received and email today that said I could have an appointment tonight via Skype. No time indicated. I emailed back, asking what time and also if the billing would remain the same. This is the exact email response I received: "It will be after 5 someone will get ahold of you an d YES all billing will be the SAME. NO MORE MESSAGES TODAY! " Now, I have been trying to contact him for over a month because the prescriptions he gave me required his approval for refills, as he and I had decided after a few months that they were the right ones for me. It wasn't until I tried to refill them that I realized he had neglected to make them refillable. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in a patient/doctor relationship. I suggest you stay clear of this doctor. Not to mention, even when he had an office it was filthy, smelled if mold and his assistants were rude, careless and would text right in front if you as you tried to interact/pay/make and appointment etc.
