  • Very pleased with the excellent service I received from Manager Richard Myers and the Discount Tire crew. I visited store around 1pm. It wasn't jammed pack at the time so they could fit me in their schedule right away. After getting information about my vehicle and what kind of tires I wanted, I was on my way after 45 minutes. I do believe it helped that I talked to Rich about their schedule before I came into the shop to avoid a longer wait.
