  • Just spent 5 nights here. Very nice rooms with great bathrooms. We were quite comfortable. Attentive staff. Maybe a bit spendy at $139/night? The daily breakfast of granola and yogurt got a bit old by the third time...so would suggest mixing it up a bit, folks. Didn't appreciate the non-optional Sunday Brunch surcharge for a meal we couldn't attend due to other commitments...could have at least comped us a few drinks at the bar. Walking distance to Case Western and University Circle museums and parks. Right in Little Italy so plenty of restaurants and Presti's Bakery(!) within a few blocks. All said, we had a great trip to Cleveland and the Washington Place Inn was conveniently located for 80%+ of our planned activities. Great location and a very nice place. I'd return but would love to see it get even better.
