  • PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! Fist off Dr. Hoang at the Dental Image on Sahara is unfortunately very unprofessional and the place is dirty. Secondly they are sadly scamming people. I went for a cleaning, they had me pay upfront which i thought was odd. I know why now. I sat down in the dentist chair, waited 45 minutes for the dentist to come. Finally the dentist came over and looked at my teeth and said you need a "thorough cleaning" and costs $785!! I said no thank you, I came in for a standard cleaning and which is what I already paid for. They said well I can't give you a standard cleaning if I need a " thorough cleaning ". I said no thank you, that I will just take a refund. They laughed at me and said there are no refunds and for me to just finance the $785 if I couldn't afford it. You would expect this scamming style of business for a car salesman but from a dentist??? If they can straight out cheat people like this with this scam would you trust your teeth with them?
