rev:text	What a welcome addition to the AZ Asian food scene! There's plenty of parking in the back, and then you walk into every Chinese restaurant circa mid 1990s. Fine by me, means that the food is gonna be authentic. That, and the fact that almost everyone eating there was Asian, and my kind of Asian. For a table of four at lunch, the total price was approx $40 before tip. We ordered the pork belly appetizer, hot and sour soup, water boiled fish, cucumbers and garlic, and fried rice. There's a 10% discount since they are celebrating their grand opening. Service was functional, and food came out hot. Well, what was supposed to be hot came out hot. The pork belly appetizer was slices of pork belly in the traditional sichuan pepper corn sauce, and slightly cool. Edible, but not the star of the meal. The cucumber cold dish was very tasty, and a nice balance once the water boiled fish came out and started doing its magic. The hot and sour soup was REALLY good. I know, I know, it's one of those $3.99 kung-pao-chicken-with-egg-roll-and-soup throwaway dishes, but I love a good hot and sour soup. I will definitely get that again. Fried rice was good and hot, but not the perfection that is every single rice grain separated good. The star of the lunch was the water boiled fish - a large bowl with mild white fish (tilapia?) over bean sprouts in the sichuan sauce. The texture contrast between the fish and bean sprouts was great. I really enjoyed the meal, and we will definitely be back.
