  • I stopped in today to take advantage of their free fluid top off/tire check offer/special/coupon. What amazing and friendly service. I was greeted immediately. I was worried I'd get the runaround because 1. I'm female, 2. I was using a coupon for free service, and 3. I did not purchase my Audi from them and it's an older (2009) model. Not only was I treated like I was a 5 star customer, but so was every other customer in the service area. In addition to completing the services on the offer, they also washed my car (which seems to be standard with any service job). I was a bit worried that they would come back with a list of things that needed to be completed; nope, not the case at all. Just sent off with a friendly good bye and a smile. So many other dealerships have scarred me for life, but Audi of Las Vegas has earned a customer for life. I will definitely return to this dealership anytime my car needs servicing and will definitely go there when I'm ready for a new Audi. If their service department is this amazing, I know their sales department will be just as stellar, if not even more impressive. Thank you
