  • This place is amazing. Bobby Flay has outdone himself. The decor and ambiance is great. Very welcoming when you first walk in. Came here with my girlfriend for some lunch. We ordered the tamale as an appetizer. The dish was amazing. Large pieces of shrimp. Creamy sauce. Just the right amount of heat (wouldn't be a bobby Flay dish if it didn't have heat). Everything just meshed so well together. We also tried some bread from the table bread basket. Even the bread was delicious. She had the Cobb salad and I had the hash. Both dishes were amazing. The egg on the hash was perfectly cooked. Nice and runny. Good amount of heat. But the flavor was just incredible. My mouth is watering as I type this review and reminisce about this dish. Yup, it was THAT good. The Cobb salad wasn't anything to dismiss. It was amazing. Yes, for a salad. Large strips of bacon, crumbled cheese. I'm not a salad type of guy but I would eat this again for sure. I will be back here next time I'm in Vegas, you can count on it.
