  • Not somewhere I would recommend. I woke up concerned about my cat and her having trouble with opening her eye. As I approached the desk I was asked what time was my appointment I didn't know I needed an appointment I thought it was a true pet hospital. Emily said she would go ask the doctor if my cat can be seen, she came back to tell me that I can wait but there is no guarantee she will be seen. Which is fine I waited and waited no interaction with anyone. It wasn't a pleasant experience with my kitten crying and everyone walking past not even acknowledging us. The clinic was not full at all. At one point I was the only person sitting there. I finally decided to just try somewhere else but make an appointment just in case I was offered Thursday of next week at 4 I told Emily I wouldn't be able to make that day anything else available she told me yes that day at 5. I replied no I need a different day she said to me with a little frustration well how was I supposed to know that. Well maybe because I asked for a different day not time. But this was a scary experience for me not knowing what is wrong with my kitten and the staff here did a awesome job of making it even worse. Thanks I looked up reviews as I sat waiting and I knew i should have just left instead of trying with this place.
