  • From the minute I stepped into this place for Valentines it was a disaster. We had a 8:30 reservation and walked in at 8:20 and didn't get seated till 9pm which is whatever. Our bread didnt come out until 20 minutes after we sat down only because I had to ask him for it. The waiter came over after 13 minutes after we were seated to take our drink order and I said do you have stolich elite on the rocks and he told me yes.. 7 minutes later he brought my girls drink and told me oh we are out and then the host came over and said yea we stopped buying that 3 months ago, i dont even care about the drinks. Now another 12 minutes later the waiter finally comes back and takes our order so we are there over 30 minutes without even getting our order in. We were going to order from the non pre fix menu side and there was 3 things on the menu we liked and the waiter then tells us that they were all out of those 3 items which were all their signature items. Don't you think on the busiest restaurant day of the year you would be stocked up on those items instead of running out of them by 9pm?? So we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. We got The carpaccio and the goat cheese wontons, the carpaccio was smothered in cheese my gf said but I actually enjoyed it, the goat cheese wontons just tasted like oil and didnt have much flavor. For our entrees my gf ordered the filet mignon and i got the ahi tuna rare with wasabi mash which I make all the time. Before you listen to our outcome I just want you all to know that I am a "CHEF" here in Vegas and I don't like giving bad reviews but this could've been our worst experience since living out here in the restaurant aspect. "Salt", there was no salt on anything. Her filet mignon steak was cooked good but had no salt & pepper on it at all and her veggies were just steamed veggies that weren't seasoned. My ahi tuna has no flavor to it and the wasabi mash had way too much wasabi paste in it cause every bite i took my nose started burning. We then ordered dessert with was the salted caramel pudding and that also needed more salt to give that salty and sweet combination. The place was so understaffed its crazy. No way a meal should take 2 hrs in a restaurant. Food service was a 2/10 and food was a 1/10.. sorry just giving our honest opinions. Todd probably ran out of Salt like he did with everything else.
