As a new patient, I waited over a week for an appointment because of the great reviews. I received a voice mail at 4:20 the day before my appointment saying they could not verify my insurance. I was told I needed to give new information.. but there was no new information to give. They even had my social security number, which I was informed she didn't know what was done with it. She said they MIGHT try to get my insurance info before my appointment in the morning, but they don't open till 10. I told the gatekeeper I would have an appointment before 730 in the morning with a more efficient office. And I do. They verified my insurance coverage after hours in about 20 minutes.
