  • Due to some miscommunication, my flowers did not arrive at the time I thought they would. I was honestly really sad about it and left a not so great review, within minutes I received a response from the owner of the business (which never happens) who asked for me to send him a message explaining what happen. Within minutes of my message, I actually received a phone call from him and his customer service is off the charts amazing. I can't say enough good things about how he runs his business. He offered to take care of the whole order, and when i objected because the miscommunication was on my part as well, he still ended our call saying he was going to do something special for us anyways. The way that he handled the situation went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them thanks to their customer service, professionalism, and of course their beautiful flowers.
