  • Our pediatrician referred us to Spectrum, whom I also feel mislead by. But my complaint with Spectrum is that when I called to book the appointment I explained the potential presenting problem in detail (my son has a skin tag on his face that he scratches & it bleeds), and they took an appointment for him. After filling out the multitude of forms, waiting, and paying the copay, we were briefly seen by a P.A. who told us they don't deal with pediatric patients under the age of four. I am thoroughly disappointed that this office would make an appointment for something they don't treat. It was a big waste of money & time.
