  • We really need some help with getting my Mother in Laws dogs groomed. We have been unable to leave the house and take them somewhere because of a very ill family member we're caring for, so we were really excited to have scheduled an appointment with Tina earlier this week. I had been in contact with her and she was supposed to come by on a Thursday but she never showed up and she hasn't responded to any of my text messages. There's no way to get ahold of her either because she doesn't answer her phone and her mailbox is full. Hopefully nothing bad happened to her, but reading some of her other reviews I suppose this is how she conducts her business. It's very disappointing. I understand that things get busy, but I would have appreciated at least a text saying she wasn't going to show up. We really needed the help, especially now.
