  • This is a remodeled Motel 6 type property. They call it a resort....not true, unless remodeled old motels can be defined as a resort. The desk help are not trained. It took three tries before the poor goy was able to match my name with my prepaid reservation. Then he forgot to return my ID. If you complain about the 50% surcharge added to your room charge they try and convince you it's tax. They blame it on Expedia. The frustration began when I thought I had booked through the motel. The google search turned up a URL the looked like it was the motels. Apparently it switches over to Expedia. Sooo when I complained about the charge they blamed it on Expedia. I suggest before you book, you try and find 3 palms web page. I could NOT. anyway their are too many choices in hotels to get cheated.
