Most recently my spouse passed and I called to see what needed to be updated. They were very specific about the few documents I should consider updating. They didn't try to convince me to do more than was actually needed. When I was ready, they quickly prepared everything and had it ready for me. Rachel is exceptionally pleasant, receptive and responsive. I spoke with Don regarding additional changes I wanted to make and he was very patient and attentive. When I went in to sign my documents everyone was very friendly and the documents were complete and they easily answered the few questions I had. Their price was very reasonable.
