Stay at the ritz executive suite for 10 days, service from the hospitality was excellent but the food is far away below Ritz Carlton standard. Room service menu is real menopause and food presentation is still at 70'. Executive Club Lounge offer a great service with a limited beverage selection on menu, the foods was poor once again and did make Subway sandwiches 5 star! Other then that all was great just at JW Marriott standard for the hotel and food level only at Courtyard Airport by Marriott. Front of the house staff and housekeeper was friendly even they do remember my pet name and always greet with his name!
