I always love the ice cream here however I came in tonight to pick up my ice creams that i ordered on Postmates. Upon arriving I walked up to the counter and there was about 4 employees standing behind the counter talking. I sat there for a minute watching them continue their conversations even after noticing me. Finally a girl walked by and i told her i had a pick up order and she proceeded to walk in the back. When she came out of the back, she finally asked what's the name? I told her I didn't know due to this being my first time doing the order on postmates but gave her the order information. I watched her walk to the freezer and pull my two ice creams out and said meet me at the end of the counter. I was beyond frustrated at this point and she just slid the ice creams on the counter and walked away. I asked for a bag and she came back to give me one. At that moment i looked at her name tag. It said Marlen and she was the MANAGER!!!! I was in shock due to her lack of being professional. After seeing how she operates and her attitude I would never leave my business in her hands. Once i got home i looked at our ice creams. My boyfriends ice cream turned out fine. When i looked at mine there was no brownie in it! I paid extra to upgrade mine to a brownie bowl and of COURSE it wasn't in there. After the experience I had in there it's not even worth it to turn around and go back up and I literally live right down the road in Arcadia! I will not be returning to this location, I would suggest other individuals travel to Yumberi Yogurt! It's up north a ways but worth a trek up there.
