I was visiting from out of town. We went to Bubble on Wed night 2/11 after going to 3 other locations who had over an hour wait. We ended up at Bubble as kind of a last resort as it was cold outside. The place was empty and I thought about leaving even after sitting at the table because it must not be good since it was empty. Wow, were we in for a great surprise. I was dining with a co-worker and we ordered 3 apps to share and salads for dinner. The food and the presentation was amazing. The cold asparagus had me very skeptical as I was expecting it warm, I have not stopped talking about it. The calamari was very tasty, the truffle fries delicious and our salad perfection. We even had a visit from the chef and told him just what we thought. I visit Charlotte often and I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend.
