Restrooms are locked and patio furniture removed because of this. Some are hostile bring pepper spray.
If you ask for a refill (53 cents) employees won't handle your cup you'll get a new cup. They'll ask you to throw yours away because they won't dare touch it.
Strong rotting garbage and sewage smell.
Good service but sometimes way understaffed. No fresh brewed decaf, only half and half on the customer prep table.
Nice drive thru.
