This is the most dirty, outdated Hilton facility I have stayed in. Parking is always fully, locals come and use the pool facilities, which is overcrowded, kids are rude, parents are drunk and disrespectful. Costumer service is very poor. Pool equipment not working right, pool water murky and layer of oily substance on top of the water. We asked to have the fridge in our room emptied out from their items they sell and we were told we would have to pay $15 to have it emptied out. Not to mention the high resort fees we were charged at check in. So in reality you can't use the fridge because it's full of their their stuff that they want to sell you. Don't spend your money, pictures on the website are very deceiving. This was just on our first day here. Second day, so far has not gotten better. Will not recomend nor stay here again. Not a good presentation for Hilton's reputation, especially for what we paid to stay here.
