I have been going to this studio for over a year. I just moved away so I had to cancel my membership. I emailed them and never got a response. I called and spoke to a man on the phone, I don't know if he was having a bad day or he hated his job but he was beyond rude about canceling my membership. I've never talked to someone more unprofessional and disrespectful. Personally I have never been treated like that before by anyone ever. I was simply asking questions about how to cancel and he immediately got defensive and said I had to pay the whole 18 months because that's what I signed up for even though I didn't sign a contract. Threatened to take me to small claims court. What?? I would honestly go anywhere but here. And for the classes, there's only a few instructors that are awesome, like Greg and Susan and fortunately they teach at other studios around town.
The girl with the dark hair that checks you in is really nice. But I can't say anything good about the guy I spoke with, and who unfortunately is probably the owner. :(. Very disappointing!!!
