I dealt with Don C, the owner. Customer service was great, no monkeying around with Don, he knows his stuff and he is to the point. I appreciate that. I told him what was wrong and we set up an appt for a week later. On the appt day I dropped my SUV off (I was getting the Toyota Navi repaired) and left for a few hours. I came back later in the day and it was done and working perfectly. Don and his team had pulled apart my dash to access the Navi and then they troubleshot it to a burned out circuit board. Don had the part in his shop so he was able to make the repair and get me back on the road. I think that they did a great job and I would recommend Don's shop to all my friends when they need help with their car audio and navigation needs.
