My husband ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day. I was up untill 12 am the next day waiting for my flowers. Finally I went to bed. The next morning I woke at 4:30 am and guess what I found outside my front door?.... you guessed it , practically frozen flowers. My husband also said they didn't look like the pic and they did upsell him to pay more money for more full flowers. They didn't look anything like the pic definitely not "more full" either! I would never order from these ppl ever again! Don't waste your time ... you can get a nicer bouquet at smiths!!!
