Oh man this is funny. Let's review how laughable the staff is. Bianca replies to my review, however upon requesting she email we back within 48 hours of requesting more information via email I have gotten no response from her - 5 days later still.
In her response to my review she asks me to call to set up an appointment to come in to review my MOVE OUT. To which if she read the review in its entirety - she would know it says I moved to Colorado. Not only that they have my forwarding address! You want me to fly back to "discuss my move out" from Colorado? This is like a bad comedy.
Oh by the way, I did try to call her immediately. They didn't pick up of course.
I'm guessing they are dragging this out, so I don't pay on time and they assess fees up the ass - I'm assuming. But I promise this these fee's aren't removed, I will book a flight for a court date.
