Sorry to say but not impressed at all with the renovations.
My husband and I just stayed one night and see no big difference in the rooms. Other than a Nespresso machine and kinda bad smelling amenities, nothing new.
The staff was top notch. The W was not.
They spent so long renovating and missed the mark. And judging by the other reviews I think the W needs to do something, and quickly or they will loose quite a few customers.
If it weren't for Romeo, Nicole, and the rest of the fantastic employees we probably would not visit in the future
