I've been in only twice - the first time was a pretty normal experience where I purchased a mtg fat pack, a playing mat and some card sleeves. The second time, I came in and the person working was at the gaming table with some other folks and other than that, the store was empty. He said hello from across the room but remained at the table. I wanted some product (card sleeves) which they display from behind the register so I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting..... The staff member never got up from the table to help me so I eventually left. I won't be coming back.
