This McDonald's seems to get worse and worse each time I come here. If it's not that it takes 20-30 min to get thru the drive thru, it's a screwed up order. Either they don't listen when you order or they just really don't care. Tonight the order taker claimed to not hear my order correctly. When I said I was missing an item, he had me give him back my bag of food to verify I wasn't a liar. Being in the food service business myself, I am fully aware that a restaurant is NOT supposed to take food back into a kitchen after it's made it to a customer. Not only did he not get my order right, but when they gave me the bag back that they had me give to them, it was missing the fries I ordered. Real classy and sanitary, McDonald's.
