I stopped by this place after hearing about it from yelp. They are in the process of remodeling to differentiate it from the old Fuji Buffet. That being said, it seemed rather unorganized. The waitresses, while friendly, didn't seem to really know how to work the room. The food was flavorful, but of the hot dishes I tried, only about 20% were hot.. And I arrived just after 11am, so you would think everything would be fresh and hot. Not once did anyone stop by to ask how things were.
I might go back, but I will definitely wait a few months to see if they get over the "new restaurant" issues and figure out a game plan to adequately serve the guests and maintain HOT food.
